9. but this is the MO of the WH--not focus on the past (forget any mistakes-
go forward). Bush does it with the war and now Cherkoff is doing it with Katrina.

6. it was just on cnn news--they showed a clip of Cherkoff being drilled
about the problems of Katrina and Fema. I just got the last few minutes--maybe cnn will repeat it.

15. Hardly anyone in media reporting on this. Media fears Chertoff too much.
He's been a body burier for GOP and BushInc for too many years for them to cross him now.
