Democratic Respons to "Crimialization of Politics"
Has the Democratic Party come out with a response to the latest Republican talking point that the investigation into Rove and the Plame leak is just the "Crimialization of Politics"?

1. It's The "Politics of Criminalization"
would be more like it.
Don't know if that's a good response.

4. If politicians are acting like criminals, that's going to happen.
it's not dems/liberals "criminalizing politics", it's criminal politicians "criminalizing politics".

9. Right on the nail! Tremendous!
"Criminalisation" is not just an empy cypher, it is a word, which conveys a meaning. It is the meaning that fills the word, it is not an empty word devoid of meaning - to be bandied around solely for the sinister purposes of political spin.

It actually has a very strong substantive meaning, both inside and outside the law, but particularly its technical meaning in law.

Alas, the neocons tend not to be technically-qualified people, however; on the contrary, although they will presumably all have degrees of some kind, they tend to have got where they are by dint of a pathological worldly ambition for wealth and status - not any kind of technical aptitude, other than for obtaining indifferent academic qualifications. There are more than a few multi-millionnaires who couldn't read or write, when they made their pile; that would be closer to their m.o.

11. It's not the "Criminalization of Politics"...
It's the Criminalization of Crime, which is perfectly legitimate.
