"More than 17,000 killed and wonded there (in Iraq)"

Barbara Boxer being interviewed on MSNBC about Miers. That quote came out in talking about the background. Its a good statement and far stronger than the 2,000+ deaths.

On a side note, I've been listening to the talking heads and elected officals all morning. The Dems are all on the same sheet of music and the harmony is pitch perfect.

Its about damned time.
