Kerry on Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad’s Statements on Israel
John Kerry on Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad’s Statements on Israel
October 27th, 2005

In a speech on Wednesday in Tehran, Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said “there is no doubt that the new wave (of attacks) in Palestine will wipe off this stigma (Israel) from the face of the Islamic world.” His comments at a conference called “The World without Zionism, ” drew “widespread international condemnations.” Israel has called for Iran to be expelled from the U.N..

The following is a statement from John Kerry on Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad’s Statements on Israel:

“Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad’s statement that Israel ‘must be wiped off of the map’ is beyond outrageous and unacceptable. His hateful words about our ally Israel must be condemned in the strongest possible terms all over the world.

2. This underscores the calamity of invading Iraq
How will the US ever have the support to take on true threats and state sponsors of terror - it has completely undermined our credibility and ability to act in the world

5. Iran is a threat how?
If any Iranian leader tried to put this into practice. Israel would wipe Tehran off the map. Having the nukes and $4 billion a year in military aid from the US Congress gives you that kind of power

6. We have a pro-Iranian government in Iraq now
and the same ayatollahs that are running Iran are now extending their tentacles into every aspect of Iraqi society. All of this because of those that supported and continue to support the war in Iraq.

Are we better off now than we were before we attacked Iraq? NO!

Is Israel safer now than before the US invaded Iraq? NO!

Who voted for war?
