MSNBC Question of the day
I couldn't believe the choices. Why not ask about hair color or if they watch "Desparate Housewives"?:banghead:

I didn't answer but e-mailed them and asked "How about experience with constitutional issues? A history with varied judicial cases? Your question shows how far we have gotten from an independent judiciary."

2. That was sort of a silly thing to ask. What about law?
I some times wonder why I had to take one school year of Am. govt. and high school.

4. I also didn't vote, and sent them this feedback:
"I often vote in your questions of the day. I didn't vote today. The choices you offerred today are (my paraphrase) stupid choice #1, stupid choice #2, and stupid choice #3."
