And the right-wing assholes hate her because . . . ? I don't know why. Because she isn't a "Constitutional scholar?" They don't give a fuck about that. They only care that Roe v. Wade gets overturned. All indications are that she would have gone along with overturning Roe.

Now, * has an excuse to nominate a FUNDIE FREAK, acceptable to idiotic, religious morons. That way, it's not his fault. After all, he tried. He was forced into his next freakish nomination.

1. Are the right wing wackos running this country
and Bush has been swept under the rug? Looks like it.

What people generally see is a country in chaos, ours. A good president doesn't allow that to happen.

2. I know
and some cynical types think it's because of their close friendship that he wanted her on the court just in case he is tried in some fashion...but she would have had to recuse herself b/c she worked directly for him-got paid by him....so I think it was a desperate stab at misdirection and distraction.

3. yup
that's what I was thinking.... hard to believe that they didn't like her because she appeared to be interested in upholding the law....

She was on the record as being "pro-life" what more did they want. I am concerned about who the next nom will be... :scared:
