2. yeah, they piss me off too
They're by the ONDCP (I may be off on the acronym), the same agency that was essentially paying off TV networks to surreptitiously insert anti-drug propaganda into their shows.

8. Why not focus on crack or meth?
What a waste of money.
Why not focus on crack or meth -
drugs we actually NEED to crack down on.

Parents will hear this commercial and snicker.

19. Most parents today should know all the pot lies by now
I would sooner hear commercials
fighting to legalize it.

7. Blame it on your local affiliate
I imagine the Clear Channel owned stations run them more than anybody. Haven't heard them on XM, thank God.

10. part of a long term process....
though it doesn't matter anymore. back in the old days, marijuana was widely grown and used in all sorts of ways, but somehow the record of this has been expunged when it was decided that marijuana was to be outlawed (cocaine and opiates were also legal at one time)...hemp was apparently a succesful little industry until the interests, including the textile, alcohol and legal dope pushers had the stuff outlawed (in part because grass is a 'weed' and grows like one, but also because of its popularity among blacks etc)...marijuana cures seasickness, yet chemicals like gravol are legal while pot is still illegal...i heard once 70 percent of the 'arrestees' on the show 'cops' was for pot.
this is a sick puppy society (as bush's success proves) and it's astonishing anyone ever thought it otherwise. THat AAR is forced to be a forum for nazipoo propaganda crap says how truly bad off we are.

16. I agree. I turn off the volume whenever they come on
Many intelligent, highly productive people smoke pot regularily. Pure lies to protect Big Pharma and the tobacco industry from competition.

18. I despise the ONDCP and the Partnership for a Drug Free America
ESPECIALLY since the Democrats and Republicans seem to support them equally, even though anyone in the know is quite aware they're full of shit...

"Action, the anti-drug."

What, kids don't lie to their parents?

Some of the biggest potheads I've ever known hid it from their parents quite well, even if they were the kind that asked questions.

20. Total propaganda and disinformation
The only way I get AAR is to stream it, and I get those. I've thought about emailing AAR and complaining, I don't know if it would do any good.
The partnership is a fucking joke I googled them out of curiosity, most of their funding comes from tobacco, alcohol, and the pharmacutical industries.
