4. hmmmm
Get some humility and renounce the entire PNAC agenda. Admit that the best thing he can do for his country is clear brush from his ranch until the end of his days.

then go Howard Hughes and never be seen in public again.

19. Or ... "Not abu Ghraib! Please. Imprison me anywhere else!"
Absolutely nothing will be satisfactory to me short of the imprisonment of the top 10-20 members of this corrupt cabal!

9. I can't even imagine it
Edited on Sun Oct-30-05 11:48 AM by Alpharetta
My Republican father and mother in law have an autographed copy of his & Laura's portrait sitting in a frame on top of their TV in the den. In their FoxNews world, they think the UN oil for food scandal is about to cause the UN to disband. They think Libby's indictment is a personal vendetta and that whatever dishonesty was used against the American people to go to war, it's OK because democracy is on the march and the Iraqis are better off.

As long as a third of the country thinks like that, I don't fantasize about a resignation.

But I do plan to outlive him and piss on his grave someday.

12. I favor the Pat Suzuki version of "I Enjoy Being a Girl"
Flower Drum Song is way tacky and perfect for Petite Bush.

Although I really don't care what he says, so long as he goes.

15. I found Jesus.

"I know I told you before that I had found Jesus, and that Jesus had got me over my drinking and drug problems. Well, that was true. But I didn't realize how little I knew Jesus. I only knew the Jesus my prayer group in Midland taught me.

"One day last month I was up at Camp David and I was trying to relax so I smoked some weed Jenna had given me for that. Just to relax.

"I was listening to the oldies station. "All you need is Love" came on. All of a sudden, I realized there was something there that my preachers had been hiding from me. God is Love. Wow.

"I need to resign. We need a new start in this country with a real attitude of love for the entire world. I apologize for all the wrongdoings of my administration and will do my best to help the next administration correct those wrongs and set in place laws, stuctures and practices so those abuses of democracy can be avoided in the future.

"For a new start, I have appointed Dr. Howard Dean to act as Secretary of State and I have accepted the resignations of Mr. Cheney, Mr. Hastert, Mr. Stevens, and Ms. Rice so that Dr. Dean can succeed me as President of the United States."

Hey, as long as we're fantisizing, there's mine.

26. My religion teaches the importance of telling the truth. Truth is,
I regret I have to say, I am a thief, a coward, and a war criminal. I stole the election of 2000 in a backroom deal with Justice Rehnquist, heh-heh-heh. He stopped vote-counting in Florida and delivered the White House to me in return for a pledge to replace him with his favorite law clerk, John Roberts. I also stole trillions of dollars from working people's Social Security for my big-money contributors' "tax cuts" and so I could dress up as a pretend soldier, a "war president".

I am also a coward. On 9/11, I turned tail and ran to get myself out of harm's way. I hid out all day and left it to my TV mom, Karen Hughes, to try to reassure the nation late that evening, when any real President would have been brave that morning. As a result, millions of people lost their jobs and still haven't gotten them back, and I've destroyed the world's travel industry for decades into the future, heh-heh-heh. For political gain, I also exploited the exaggerated fear my yellow streak inspired ih the country. The day after my re-election, I finally turned down my fear machine, because even my stupidest followers had begun to see there was no continuing threat to America from al-Quaida.

I am also a war criminal and sadist. I ordered "shock and awe" terror raids and other aggression against a defenseless country that posed no threat to America. I knew that tens of thousands of lower-income American soldiers and National Guard forces would be killed and injured, and I knew hundreds of thousands of Iraqis would become casualties too. I also authorized torture at Guantanamo and Abu Ghraib, just for the blood-lust of it all, heh-heh-heh. I really missed being a Governor and being able to order capital punishment, so ordering torture was my poor substitute.

Lord, please forgive me! There, I've said it, and now everything is all better, heh-heh-heh. Now here's your next President, Dick Cheney. Dickster?
