The strip-search and racial discrimination cases seem to be the
most outrageous handles for us to grab on to in bringing Alito down.

The Dem meme of the week should be: Okaying the strip-searching of pre-pubescent girls? What kind of pervert did George Bush nominate for the SCOTUS?

Then next week, we come back with: George Bush cares about black people, eh? Then why is he nominating someone who ruled that companies can discriminate against them as long as those companies claim that doing so is part of finding the best person for the job?

The thing is to portray this guy as a quiet nutjob, which he genuinely seems to be.

we had a similar case of strip searching, the courts ruled it was illegal to strip someone who was arrested on a misdemeanors or violations,as many as 60,000 people filed suit is a class action and
subsequently the City settled out of court for 60 million dollars

3. Yeah, Alito upheld the strip search of a 10 year old girl
He's big business, anti-worker in every way. With a clear disdain for women and minorities.

Back to why does Bush think we should have five Catholic males on the Supreme Court? Why do we only have one female? Is Bush trying to re-invent the image of what America is?
