10 PM Houston News Oct. 31st HCA (Frist) scam is mentioned

Okay, they didn't mention Frist's name but they mentioned HCA (the company Frist's problems revolve around) by name as part of a flu shot scam. One part of the segment mentioned some corporation that hired HCA to give the shots. Medicaid was scammed in the deal. They mentioned some man's name who was recently arrested in this case.

Anyone else see this?

1. 10pm, I watch Jon Stewart. I can't help you, but I

did hear about a scam on the local news earlier where someone was substituting water for flu meds in the shots. I don't know who benefitted or suffered.

2. The employees at Exxonmobil Baytown Refinery were given fake shots

I thought that Exxon had paid for them -- $70,000 or so--but it's not mentioned in this article.
