Oh man, what a movie.

Profoundly cynical and visionary in its own way. That last scene? Where the heroine realizes that she's got to lie in order to make a buck in that business with Rudy? Yeah, it's funny at first, but it has a real sense of pathos, right up there with the final scene of Mel Brooks' The Twelve Chairs.

I signed on to live stream on Air America and I got this shill for the right telling me how wonderful Wal-Mart is for the economy. They are screaming at a Union guy because the Union is trying to fight Wal-Mart. Now she's going on how wonderful Wal-Mart is for your health????

22. Whenever I used to go into Wal-mart's, they were so
depressing and disgusting, they made me sick. Not so good for my health.
