VA Governor's Race is Crucial - This Tuesday
This one is ours to keep guys. Mark Warner has been good and has a political future. Let's get Tim Kaine in office now.

We can't let this election go to the repugs!

Jerry Kilgore must not become the latest repug VA Governor!

If you live VA, vote! Call your friends! Get a bumper sticker!

Tuesday is the day!

1. I'll be working the get out the vote effort
I think Kilgore's negative ads have had an adverse effect on his campaign. The man is nasty and it shows in the type of campaign he has run.

2. No problemo. All 3 of us will be voting, and we've had a Kaine
sign in our yard for months!

4. One poll shows only a 1% margin so I'm a little concerned.
But I'm hoping the shrub's arrival to Richmond on Monday will put us well over the top!

5. Even if you don't live in Virginia......
...tell your friends in Virginia! And I don't mean your Democratic friends....just gentle reminders that even Rove wouldn't support Kilgore and his Hitler references!

Kilgore's campaign ads are not only ugly and misleading, but he's bashing all Liberals saying "Tim Kaine is a Liberal and that's bad for Virginia". If he gets away with this tactic, we may as well kiss 2006 and 2008 goodbye :(

Sorry if that sounds pessimistic, but a Democratic victory in a Red State NOW is so important for our party's momentum in the upcoming campaign seasons. :shudder:

6. If Kilgore wins we'll be dealing with him for years in VA and nationally.

7. If Kilgore wins, Virginia loses and
all hope of going Blue in '06 and '08. It will definitely be a mandate for the VA GOP Smear Machine. It's that serious and I know it won't be good news for my VA-2 candidate (http://www.dailykos.com/storyonly/2005/10/11/20332/397) against Thelma "lips firmly planted on Delay's ass" Drake.

2005,2006,2007,2008 OH MY......every GOP win is a mandate for what's wrong with the Dem "strategery". Every GOP win means we Dems are preaching too much to the choir!

8. When the vote is close...
....Diebold usually wins.

Sorry I am so cynical, but vote manipulation works best when there is a narrow margin.
