You know, it's almost FUN to watch the news these days....
I remember when, not too long ago, I used to dread watching CNN. Now its almost fun. When The Situation Room is talking about the Cheney/Bush love affair possibly being in trouble and about the secret prison leak being the responsibility of Republicans and they are watching mid term elections with an eye to how short Bush's coattails are and Ahnold's initiatives look like they might be in trouble...Well, I just can't help but get a warm fuzzy feeling.

I almost like Wolf Blitzer tonight.

1. almost but not quite
it's the results of bush inc - like the coninuing carnage in Iraq - that makes me not really enjoy it - it actually makes me sick thinking, whatever these bastards are getting, it will never be enough and it is far, far too late

2. on one level, yes, its fun, or rather "gratifying" to see some karma, but
on another level, there simply isn't enough karma to actually see justice.

3. Except for one thing:
Yes, Wolfie the neocon cheerleader reported on how Frist et al demanded an investigation into who leaked the private info on the "black spot" prisons.

But I kept waiting for him to also point out that Trent Lott said that he thinks it was a GOP SENATOR who was the leaker.

Finally, the little words appeared on the screen, below Wolf. "Lott claims leak may have come from GOP staffer."

Gee, that's not what I read. I read that he thought it came from a GOP SENATOR.

And of course the little words printed on the screen never passed Wolf's little Bush-butt-kissing lips.
