8. Which means none of the Urban areas have reported
Those areas usually take longer in any state.

Hell Kilgore was ahead by like 3 points when the returns first came in. Probably some place in rural VA returning.

It was my impression that this wasn't very popular to begin with--I know it isn't in California. If I'm wrong or talking about a completely different thing, forgive my ignorance.

and would have kept Blackhole from being in charge of our Elections among other things.

Not every county in Ohio is on Diebold. My county still has paper ballots.
