Regarding Bush and Cheney's Defense of Torture.....

is there a law that will allow for the actual arrest,indictment, trial and imprisonment of *, Cheney, Rummy and the rest of the gang on grounds of violations of the Geneva Convention?

I know most people are looking forward to impeaching those people but an impeachment brings with conviction just embarrassment and shame.
I want to see * and Cheney become the biatchs of some residents of cell block B.

Is that too extreme?

there's probably a federal statute or two as well, but is there any reason why that wouldn't be enough?

That's the one I want for these ..... traitors.

Convictions for violations of the Geneva conventions would be second best.
