FoxNews.com leads with anti-gay ammendment passage in TX...

...because that's all they have left to cling on to. No mention, of course, of Maine passing constitutional prohibitions against discrimination based on sexual orientation.

No mention of the death knell this spells for the GOP in 2006, 12 beautifully short months away.

Fair and balanced, indeed.

1. Seems like there's a discrimination suit there or at least, a complaint
to the FCC.

What show is it? I CANNOT watch FromOldXfiles even for a second.

6. If it can't be about Fear, at least Hate is available for Faux Snoozers
Since lies are all part of the message, Hate has a willing place to spew across the airwaves.

7. To be accurate...
..the legislature has passed laws extending civil-rights protection to gays on three occasions, only to see them overturned in a 'People's Veto' referendum on two previous occasions, leaving ME as the only New England state where discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation in hiring, credit, housing, etc. was still legal.

The third attempt to overturn the most recently passed legislation was on the ballot tonight -- and was soundly defeated.

We're slow learners, but thorough.
