Prop 74 has flipped - now NO - 73 TEETERING
Guess what everyone, San Fransisco is only reporting 2.9%...They might all go down...Arnold's only shot are the Union dues...76 and 77 going down to crushing defeats.

1. I voted at 7:00 p.m. in SF and the poll workers said
Edited on Wed Nov-09-05 12:39 AM by Der Blaue Engel
that they had expected things to wind down at that point, but they'd had a sudden surge of voters. I hope that's a good sign.

4. Have you noticed that.....
All the ones that are WINNING are winning with maybe 50-51 percent.

But the ones that are LOSING are being rejected upwards of 60 percent?

11. I feel for all democratic candidates
this isn't about union workers, it's about cutting the funding for democrats, who coincidentally get contributions from labor unions. So now we can have rethuglicans out spending dems by maybe 10 to one instead of their usual 2 to one. The fact it may make unions obsolete in the long-run is just icing on the cake.

19. STP to CA DUers: put an anti-corporate initiative on the ballot
Especially if your prop 75 should pass.

You can put the initiative something like this: Should California ban corporate campaign contributions?

STP from PA, where we don't have initiative and referendum.
