14. not exactly...
of the 4 "approval" points that jumped shipped from last poll, 3 went to "disapproval" and 1 went to "unsure".

Last round, 8% were unsure. What's up with these dum-dums?

shows Dubya with a job approval rating of 38.5%, even with the GOP favoring Rasmussen included.

Dubya shouldn't feel too bad. He's more popular than Nixon was at this point. But less popular than every other president in recent history.
