Right wing talking points about last night elections.

"Don't talk about it!" I tuned into Rush and it sounded like one of those sports talk shows. I haven't heard much from them but "it was only local and doesn't show anything to fear about 2006."

3. By all means, Repuggies
don't talk about it, don't worry your beautiful minds about it, and certainly don't learn from it. Just keep your snouts deep in the trough, and don't worry about the guy with the big-ass sledgehammer.

5. The official talking points
mouthed on NPR by their stenographers this morning is that as Virginia and New Jersey were already Democratic, the victories there didn't represent any change. And then they point to NYC and in bold fonts note that Bloomberg is technically a Republican, so there! Arnie who? What? In other news today: Missing White Woman in Aruba! Bird flu terra!

7. Did Newt start this talking point thing?
I do not recall it before but that is also when I got my first dish for TV. It is also when I started seeing those Rush Rooms at places I went to. I worked from home so heard a lot of news etc.

10. Of course they're saying
yesterday was meaningless. Of course they are. And as we all know, had things turned out differently, they'd be crowing about Emperor Tiddlywinks' great big comeback.

12. "It Doesn't Mean Anything"
That's what Cal Thomas said about the Virginia election. "Kilgore ran a bad campaign." Well, yeah. Going negative tends to do that. Dickheads.

15. They only wish it was just local.
What it was was a referendum on GOP politics--and the people have decided: THE GOP SUCKS MONKEY BALLS.
