1. How will they steal 2006?

I have no doubt Rove rigged Ohio and Florida in 2004; they were the swing states. But you can't rig every election in every Congressional district; too many people would have to be involved, and someone would squeal. What races will they try to steal, and where? I have a feeling they are going to throw Santorum overboard. Or maybe they will just kick back, figuring they can for some reason declare martial law before 2008 (bird flu?) and do away with that pesky election stuff altogether.
