Is NPR shilling for the Bush administration now?
I was listenening to "All things considered", and they were running down the misleading statements by the Bush administration and then turned around at the end repeating Cheney's statement about senators should stand by their vote!!! And agreed with Cheney and completely dropping the misleading part that led up to the vote!!!

1. What do you mean "now" ? I turned it off at the beginning
of the run up to the war - could not stomach their drivel.

7. Its been like invasion of the body snatchers

invasion of the media snatchers. PBS is another example - it has gotten almost sickeningly non-controversial.

CPB’s Tomlinson Broke Law, Inquiry Says

WASHINGTON, November 17: Kenneth Tomlinson, former chairman of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, violated federal law as well as CPB’s own rules in his efforts to turn the pubcaster into a more politically conservative organization, according to investigators.

"stand by their vote"? If it turns out you were lied to and the War On Iraq is turning to Shite ..why shouldn't Congressman John Murtha call for "Immediate Troop Withdrawal"?

I've heard nasty things about npr..I don't listen. I know they must have some good stuff on it but I'm not a radio person.

9. They contunue to have some good stuff but...
Over the last three or four years, in terror it seems from political retribution from The Cabal, they have skewed way to the right. NPR, along with the rest of the MSM has been complicit in the pravda-mode stenography that journalism has descended into. They share in the guilt of what has been done in our name.

10. They most certainly do
"share in the guilt" in the name of "the bottom line" and hopefully they will go DOWN when the bush cabal goes.

the run up and launch of the Iraq war were pretty disgusting. Even the BBC World Service dropped the ball when hostitlities commensed.

12. I've always felt like they were.
That's why I absolutely will not donate to them.

They're alot more insidious than many other media outlets that shill because they have such a strong reputation for being "liberal".
