Tippity-tappety-tippy-tap.
Boy howdy, can that man dance.

So I googled Rumsfeld dance and came up with this oldie, but goodie, by our own SymbolMan.

Towards the end of the video, watch that boy GO!

1. Awwwww, man - as much as I get what you're saying

I love Fred Astaire and associating him with that pile of steaming, oozing, pus makes me cringe.

edit: grammar

4. Michael Flatley?

(AP) Former "Riverdance" star Michael Flatley filed a $100 million countersuit against a woman who alleges he raped her in a Las Vegas hotel.

In the suit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Thursday, Flatley accused the woman of attempting to extort money from him by claiming a consensual one-night stand last fall was a sexual assault.

6. Ewww, I forgot about him
I'd not known about the episode you linked. I have read and seen some things on his business practices that made me want to puke. His "Lord of the Dance" was painful to watch, too.

7. Somebody should ask the Republicans
Edited on Sun Nov-20-05 12:42 PM by KCabotDullesMarxIII
in precisely what way they support the troops.

The troops were put in harm's way on false pretenses, and the cons are determined to keep them there;

Even so, the troops have been begrudged adequate body and vehicle armour protection, and indeed, for some time, were substantially denied it. Expensive, don't you now...

The troops are obliged to operate in the environs of depleted uranium, - surely the most diabolical and deliberate of all forms of "friendly fire" - when they are not handling shells made from the stuff.

The food the troops are provided with is probably GM; and would certainly not be organic;

Injured troops' medical-care entitlements at home have been cut;

Why, troops who have been horribly injured by "normal", inadvertent "friendly fire" are even denied a purple heart! Just to add insult to injury.

The troops' military pensions have also been cut - at the very time when they have been called into action; and even as their favorite corporations have been fleecing the taxpayer of hundreds of millions, if not billions of dollars.

The troops' votes are not even counted! In other words they are denied the most basic right of a US citizen (along with the rest of the population, it should be added, of course);

The support the Republicans give the troops - well, the only thing I can think of - must be the kind of support a gambler on the sidelines gives to one of the cocks in a cock-fight. So what else can the war in Iraq be to them, then, if not a game? How appropriate that they should be cheer leaders.
