Would a 3 tiered Pres. primary make sense? Give the smallest electoral

states the first round, the middle states the second and the powerhouse big guys the last round at voting. Obviously, this would be irregardless of location...based solely on electoral votes.

I've never favored regional primaries, per se, maybe this would be an effective compromise...
