Right?

The new question is: how much is Libby spending on HIS side of this probe?

I heard he'd raised $5,000,000... he's still got his hand out, so that means he must think it will take more than $5,000,000.

Think it's different, b/c Libby's money is not government money? I disagree. How much of the money those rich neocons and other Bush sympathizers are donating--how much of it was swindled out of the pockets of all of us? Betcha it was a helluva a lot more than $750,000.

If the opposition's got $5 million, I think it's time for Fitzgerald to be given lots more funds. In addition to tax dollars, I'd be more than willing to donate voluntarily.

3. Every dollar going to Libby is NOT going to a campaign.
Sounds like a good deal to me.

4. I don't think....
...he is limited financially on the probe. I mean, they spent $50 million investigating the Clenis. Can't we at least quadruple that?

Heck, he might even be able to make a career out of this investigation if a lot of the felonious WHIGs are involved.

Get em all. Every one on the WHIG list is culpable. Go after every one of them. Make it hurt. Bad!

And it appears to be a very successful one. More power to him!

8. Darn right!!
And it would be oh-so-perfect if Shrub/Cheney could be made to realize that some of the money going to prosecute their own administration came out of the taxes THEY themselves had paid.

But that can't happen, because Shrub/Cheney don't have to pay any taxes, being rich and all.

6. The Pukes spent $70 million investigating Clinton's sex life........
Fitz has a LONG way to go on his budget! I expect nothing less than $70 million to be spent on investigating the most corrupt and evil administration in U.S. history. Run up that tab, Fitz, and charge to the Republican National Committee. The Republicans should have to pay for cleaning up their own trash! ;)

He's raised $5 million, and he's still got his hand out!

Time to give Fitzgerald and his staff a raise.

13. For that $70 million
As I said earlier this morning, for that $70 million, we got a stained blue dress and a special prosecutor's report that reads like government sponsored porn.

I think we're doing just fine with Patrick Fitzgerald, five indictments so far, and if we're good boys and girls, there may be a little something under the Fitzmas tree ;-).
