2. I love the way Jimmy brings up the differences between Bushco and
every other President in the history of our nation. Dude, where's my country?

3. After hearing him talk last night, I had tears in my eyes.

He put everything in such simple terms that even a repub moran could understand it. Hubby was sleeping already. I said "I do love that man", meaning Jimmy Carter. Hubby said "I love you too". Didn't have the heart to straighten him out as to what I said or why.

It really ticked me off that Leno kept on and on about the kids and grandkids wanting to go to Plains for Christmas. Come on! They have a great grandfather/grandmother who have been traveling all over the globe. They're in their 80s. It's natural for the kids/grandkids to want to spend as much time as possible with them. They aren't gonna be on this earth much longer no matter how you slice it. Leno should have just said "That's great. That's where they should be." and continued on talking about the book, can Carter see our way clear of the mess this admin has made, etc. The audience sounded very favorable to Carter's opinions.

Edited to clarify that hubby is not a repub moran. ;) Just a sleepy, news-lazy dem. BUT his parents, sister and brother would fall into the repub category.

4. Leno is an...
asshole. i'll never forgive him for making a jerk out of AL Gore when he was on just before 2000 election. for that reason i don't watch him. but it looks like i missed something good because of it.
