Cindy Sheehan called our local Peace Rally today !!
As all 30-40 of us gathered today with our signs, Caryns phone rang. It was her friend Cindy Sheehan calling from Camp Casey in Crawford to thank us all for staying active. The Press was there too, so i'm sure the major paper will have a nice article in it tomorrow... It was THE highlight of our day. Listening to Cindy on the speaker phone really pumped us all up !!...I'm so glad i'm a part of this peace movement !!...Caryns son is in the Army and is going to Iraq in March. This will be his first tour...Hes only 20 yrs. old. Please keep him in your prayers...Thanks DUers !!!
