Why would a journalist with a long distinguished record like he has hitch his wagon and reputation to Fox Cable News?

Is Roger Ailes trying to buy credibilty for his network? Will it work?

5. Does getting credible reporting on the most watched cable news show help
us? I don't see how getting truth to a larger audience hurts. I believe Ailes is trying to buy credibility. He would have to change a number of anchors for it to work. There have been hints of O'Vilely leaving, we can only hope.
