7. He's at death's door, he died in the earthquake, he died of complications
from kidney failure, and now, in the fourth iteration, he rose again from the dead and ascended into the Afghan mountains??? Come ON!!

We can go to the UN with bullshit pictures that we say are portable weapons labs, but we cannot find a guy who is the size of a basketball center in a land of friken short people? Gimme a break!

4. Really???
Dang, I could have sworn I saw him just last weekend at the Starbuck's on S. 50th Street in Minneapolis. He bought a venti double-skim latte and the Sunday NY Times.

5. That couldn't have been him unless he has a double or something.
That was the day I saw him at the Acoustic Cafe in Eau Claire.

8. I'm sure it was him.
He was sitting with Al Zarqawi, who had an espresso and a scone. They were comparing the playlists on their iPods.

18. Oh, yeah. HIM. I forgot about him.
I haven't heard anything about him being killed again lately so I guess he slipped my mind. I have trouble keeping all those guys with beards & turbans apart in my mind.

9. Feeling lazy...
Is Goss defending intelligence (official, capital-I, cloak and dagger, etc.) or his own intelligence?

10. I thought they could "run but they can't hide" or something.
Edited on Tue Nov-29-05 10:16 PM by Sparkly
Or they're "on the run if they're running at all."

In which case the plan was to "smoke 'em out of their holes."

I guess the "hiding" part threw them off.

14. Damned cunning of him, that.
Who would have thought... hiding.

Yes, we mustn't underestimate this enemy we face, my friends. There is no end to the devious schemes and plans they will cook up to avoid the hand of American Justice!
