Published: November 30, 2005 WASHINGTON, Nov. 29 - As President Bush lays out on Wednesday a more detailed strategy that he says will achieve victory in Iraq, administration officials are pressing yet another effort to prepare the Iraqis to secure their country with less reliance on American forces. American military officials in Iraq said Tuesday that they had requested $3.9 billion for next year to help train and equip Iraqi troops, build new police stations and outfit Iraqi soldiers with new uniforms. And the idiot wants a smaller but more lethal army? More winning the hearts and minds tactics. What mean ugly people we have running our country and Iraq.
