Bush to ask for $3.9 billion more for Iraq...how much more for New Orleans
The $3.9 billion for Iraq does not call for any cuts but if they give $3.9 billion more to New Orleans, they will have to cut foodstamps or school lunches to make it up. Beam me up, Scotty !

now spending over $5.6 billion a month.
