does anyone believe S.C. Justice Bryer when he says:

that in 11 yrs. of being on the bench; when the supremes meet and confer on cases there has never been any anger or name calling?

not even during the 2000 coup d'etat? does that mean he and the others graciously handed over the country to the criminal bushgang?

(saw this on an adv. for an interview with Bryer on c-span that's coming up soon)

1. Just because you disagree with someone, doesn't mean
that you have to hate them. If Ted Kennedy and Orin Hatch can get along, just about anyone can.

2. I've seen lawyers tear each other up in court
After drinking coffee together before the hearing. It's their job, and they tend to be people who can put differences of opinion aside outside of their professional duties.

3. nice? even when they are stealing an election?

so everything was peaches and cream around the table when the Justices decided to give it to smirk?

that's awful to think of. that none of the Justices banged the table and yelled 'you can't do this', etc.
