I just want to thank joementum Lieberman...
for allowing the talking heads to continue to say that democrats can't seem to unite on a single issue. What do we have to do to get rid of this turd?

1. Crooks and Liars has video with the Imus
Towards the end Imus tells Joe he's probably going to hell for the bullcrap he spewed during the interview. The allignment with BushCo talking points is astounding!

Go watch it.

2. Holy Joe told Imus that he'd pray for him.
If he would pray back for him.

Imus said he's been praying for him. It didn't work.

3. Heeeey, the Democratic Party is a BIG TENT PARTY
That's the nature of our two-party duopoly. You don't like the choices? Too bad. That's the way the electoral laws were built. If you want to join a party that doesn't have so many centrists who move slower than molasses in the dead of winter, then go join the Green Party or something.

If you want to join a third party that actually has a chance of winning significant power before hell freezes over, move to a different country because America doesn't offer that.

Until such time that the electoral laws are changed so that the two-party duopoly is smashed, you're just left with two choices at the ballot box.

If you find yourself in the voting booth and see the choices of Joementum and some Republican the corporatists are financing, who do you choose? It's got to be one or the other because that's all the choices you get, and if you dare vote for a third party, you're going to be shit upon because you splintered the vote.

4. Interesting idea--changing to a true multiparty political system.
Can it be done; what would it take?
