could it be time for Ah-nold to switch parties?
http://today.reuters.com/News/newsArticle.aspx?type=topNews&storyID=2005-12-04T142535Z_01_MOL359905_RTRUKOC_0_US-CRIME-EXECUTION-TOOKIE.xml

Some analysts say the former Hollywood action star risks further alienating his party base if he grants clemency.

Weakened by a stinging loss on all his initiatives in a special election he called last month, Schwarzenegger angered some in his party this week by appointing an openly gay, longtime Democrat as his chief of staff.

1. Heck no! I don't want him!!!
Why would you wnat his actions to bring down the Dem Party?

He's lost all his attraction to the people. The Pubs wanted him, they got him, including all his messes!

Certainly he can't think the Democrats would want him...

I think we should contribute to his retirement party though. Like what they're doing in PA for Santorum...

3. Do CA Dems want him back?
From what he tried to do to the unions in that initiative, I don't think he'd be welcomed by a lot of Dems.

6. Nice double entendre
Do you mean lie as in
To be or place oneself at rest in a flat, horizontal, or recumbent position; recline
or
To present false information with the intention of deceiving.
;)

movie star.

7. he needs to switch ideologies first. his initiatives were very republican
they were anti-union and anti-public sector. just because he is not homophobic doesn't make him a democrat.

8. Going (I) would make more sense
He doesn't really fit into either Dem or Repub mold. He's pretty much of a social liberal in many ways. Much closer to Dems in that regard, but he's very pro-business, more like a Republican, in that regard.

Don't think he should be in public office, no matter what his party affiliation is. His "runs with scissors" approach to governing hasn't worked well, no matter what side of the aisle you're on.

12. The woman he appointed is a DINO..
She is on board with his vision for California.

His vision (mission assigned to him by the chimp) is to get California all Diebolded up for the 2006 elections and beyond.

He is a rethuglican thru and thru.

17. Well, that get about the reaction I expected -- rather fun --
but I think he might be able to pull it off. On the whole, pro-business Democrats do rather well.

It would take some spinning, but he's pretty good at spinning when he bothers.
