according to this "test"..trusting the Pentagon, the executive branch, the FBI, the CIA, and the Joint Chiefs more than trusting the U.S. Postal Service, the legislative branch, the I.R.S.,the Peace Corps, and the United Nations is considered conservative? Sorry..but IMO this means supporting effective programs over government waste!

What does liberity and blindly trusting the government have in comman? I am a liberal because I distrust and criticize government, not because I worship it!

Trusting Doctors, Business Executives, Team Owners over Trial Lawyers, Union Leaders, and Professional Athletes makes someone more conservative?

Cutting military spending or nothing at all means more liberty?

Supporting public financing over term limits means more liberty?

Supporting the massive spending and growing deficits of Reagan over the tight spending and low deficits of FDR makes someone a conservative?

Viewing America as a melting pot means less liberty?

Viewing neither Elders or Pat Robertson as extreme means I'm more liberal?

Because if you look at who's always trying to get porn and extreme violence off of video games, etc. ...it's Democrats, not Republicans who lead the fight.

I'll never understand how massive deficit spending, lower taxes, or distrusting government makes someone conservative..or how protecting the environment, funding medical research, and rebuilding cities makes someone more liberal. Never mind that JFK, LBJ, Nixon, Jimmy Carter, and Gerald Ford were left off the poll!

Not surprised. I've always been an unabashed Clinton backer.

It's surprising that almost all of these questions still apply today.
What has our government done in the last 11 years. This year being the worst with all the corruption.
