cites that forces are out to destroy him unjustly.

In an unrelated story NOT in Texas, Saddam Hussein's trial turned into a circus as Saddam called the trial a farce . . .

3. Saddam Hussein's trial IS a farce.
He will be convicted. He will be executed. There is no question about it. The trial is merely a formality so the new state can appear to have a shred of credibility.
