TOM DELAY 36% DEM 49%
Just saw this graphic on CNN. In Delays district in Texas, polls show he is losing to a generic democrat bigtime! Time for another redistricting? HA ha ha! Such a loser!

2. Those are some pretty sorry numbers for an incumbent against an unknown
opponent 1 year from the election. And we still have the casinogate charges out there percolating. I just hope DeLay doesn't get knocked out of the race in time for a moderate Republican to run for his seat.

8. These kind of polls usually don't mean a thing until a specific
opponent is named. That said, I believe that Nick Lampson, an ex-Congressman who was voted out because of DeLay's reapportionment, will make a very good candidate.
