Can we pre-emptively threaten suit against RNC if they use

comments unfairly?

Comments made by say, Howard Dean on Iraq. They're taking his most recent comment out of context. They will try to Swiftboat him again, and to to Swiftboat every candidate running next year. Is there anyway we can pre-emptively stop them from suing this kind of commercial?
