OK, give me a decent running mate for a Llowel Weicker ticket

and we can have great Independent ticket that can win in '08.

What do you think? There has to be some Dem out there who is as fed up with the Dems as Wicker is with the Rethugs.

1. You have to be realistic. An Ind. can't win!

The system is structured to exclude ALL but the two main Parties.
If you really want Weicker, you MIGHT be able to get him on the Dem ticket, still as an Ind, and MAYBE he'd have a chance in 2016, still as an Ind. But even that's a bit of a stretch.

3. Weiker will not run becuz it would gurantee four more years of

a Bush-type reactionary in the WH. He'll probably do what he did in '00 and '04 and support the Democratic nominee.
