If you can get enough people to sign a petition vowing not to pay any state taxes until their votes are counted, this will be newsworthy. If you can get a whole lot of people to sign, it will get Democratic legislators in Ohio to get off their butts and do something. They do control one legislative body (temporarily) dont they? This petition will be the mandate they need to take action. Same for Democratic district attorneys. It is the kind of action in which people have not committed a crime (yet) so the law cant stop them.
