I also really liked his comments about politicizing Iraq and how this can’t become about domestic politics. Sometimes it seems as if people treat this whole Iraq thing like some kind of a game, like the thing that matters most is which side looks bad, etc, never mind that daily there are people dying over this thing and that there is the possibility of even worse things to come if we don’t do what we can to minimize the damage we will no doubt cause and have already caused. Sometimes I get caught up in wanting Bush to look bad myself…but that’s really not what this should be about. It’s way too serious an issue for that.
