LBJ in 1968 and George W. Bush in 2005.
LBJ had the "Great Society" program on the table but the war in Vietnam kept taking all the money.
George W. has promised to re-build New Orleans and the Gulf Coast after Katrina but he's burning
through a billion a month in Iraq.
Did anyone in this administration ever take a history class?

1. Great society wasn't fully funded
but it was funded. And when did this president ever have a problem with running a defecit?
