Detrimental to Iraqi Troops
I guess the Bush Administration realized that people were not buying the idea that decent on the war and criticizing Bush was detrimental to the American soldiers. Now it seems that Rice and the Bush Administration are trying to blame Democrats and war protesters for the lack of Iraqi soldiers. Apparently, Rice said that what Dean and Kerry were saying was not necessarily bad for American troops, but bad for Iraqi troops. This is just as stupid or may be even more stupid than the idea that protests are hurting American soldiers.

First, are the Iraqi soldier really spending time watching CSPAN and CNN? Can the Iraqi soldiers really know what American politicans are saying about the war? Second, if the Iraqi troops really want to do the job they will do it no matter what anybody says. If the Iraqi soldiers really believe in what they are doing they will not be discouraged by anyone. Third, the real problem with the Iraqi battalions is their small size. The comments of Democrats have nothing to do with the small size of the Iraqi battalions. This is due to poor planning and leadership by the Bush Administration.
