Bush Says DeLay is Innocent - Democratic Leaders Hit Back
Bush Says DeLay is Innocent - Democratic Leaders Hit Back
December 16th, 2005

In an interview Wednesday on the Faux News, Bush when asked whether he believed DeLay was innocent of the charges of money laundering and conspiracy responded, “Yes, I do.”

Democratic leaders sternly criticized President Bush yesterday for saying former House majority leader Tom DeLay (R-Tex.) is innocent of felonious campaign finance abuses, suggesting his comments virtually amounted to jury tampering before DeLay stands trial.

“The president of the United States said a jury does not need to assemble, that Tom DeLay is innocent,” said Senate Minority Leader Harry M. Reid (D-Nev.). “To have someone of his stature, the president of the United States, prejudge a case is something I’ve never seen before.”

5. WHY WAS THE QUESTION ASKED??
faux and bush in collusion to aid delay; its really quite simple. brit hume, who had credibility along time ago knew what he was doing and so did bush. faux and hume are fair and balanced to facist mother fuckers who care not about constitutional liberties.

8. Jury tampering .... exactly.
Just like the end-of-the-show outbursts in Perry Mason ... "... and that's why YOU killed your husband, Mrs. Jones ..."
Horrified gasp from the jury.
Defense Attorney objects strenuously and asks for that last remark to be stricken from the record. Judge tells jury 'disregard Counsel's outburst'.

But, you can't unspeak that which has been spoken.
And whether it's offically considered or not, it's in someone's subconscious, somewhere.

FAUX knew exactly what it was doing.

Evil bastards.

9. Tricky Dick made a remark during the Manson Trial, about Manson's
obvious guilt. Charlie smuggled in a newspaper with the giant headline "Manson Guilty, Nixon Declares", and held it up for the jury to see. Almost caused a mistrial and California taxpayers millions of dollars.
Bush is starting to resemble Nixon more and more every day. Not being a reader, or a particularly smart man, I guess he doesn't know how THAT embarrasing little episode of American History ended....
