on matters such as the domestic spying on our citizens, we are screwed. There is not much we can do. We would expect the press to be as angry and exasperated as the rest of us, not making excuses for why Bush did it. Chris Matthews talks about putting Bush on Mt Rushmore if his gamble pays off and Iraq actually becomes a "democracy". It matters not that it was a "gamble" or that he lied while he was gambling with the lives of our troops and the reputation of our country. Have they all gone frigging insane?
