5. The issue isn't domestic spying, it's wiretapping without a warrant.

7. Their question is misleading
Yes, it is legal for the feds to engage in domestic spying.

The problem is, Bush didn't work within the law to do it.

Do you think it is legal to use Oxycontin? Yes, it is. Is it legal to buy it from your housekeeper? No, it is not.

Should have read either-

Is is legal for the Feds to engage in domestic spying with out either or a warrant or "substantial compliance" with either FISA or PA?
or

Bad question. It might be legal in some cases. The better question is "Was what the President did illegal?"

12. It's not what we think. It's the law. It is illegal. That's all.
When you break the law you then say. No I didn't,then you are proven wrong. You are guilty no matter how you feel. It's the make your own reality of the "lie and lie louder" crowd.

18. A misleading question ...send corrections request here....
correction@arizonarepublic.com

I am sending them an email asking them to correct their poll question to accurately reflect the circumstances!

Do you think it is okay for the federal government to engage in domestic spying WITHOUT A WARRANT?

Why are they ALL missing the point when the point for impeachment of Bill Clinton was whether or not he mislead/lied about the BJ NOT whether or not he GOT one!
