They guy subbing for Randi Rhodes said that Alchy-Boy was obviousely drunk at one of his speeches today.

I didn't see it.

Was he?

Difficulty with balance and simple motor functions e.g. cycling
gets defensive/combative over perceived slights
Gets involved in needless violence

Shouldn't the question be 'Has he been sober at any time in the last 5 years?'
