Rant ON --- STOP say Diebold stole the election for Bush...
All major touchscreen/optscanner companies are major Repug supporters. Diebold did not act alone but IMHO all the major TS/OS companies committed vote counting fraud...

Sorry just a pet pee with me ... </rant off> :)

3. I am with you .....
In 2000 ONE diebold machine gave bush 16,000 vote in Volusia County Florida .....
a faulty memory chip was blamed but it was enough to cast doubt on the election and
then Jim Bakker and the Enron Lawyers started flying in. And the rest is history.

It is time to kick the White House door in and say "We have the proof time to get out
W, you have done more than enough."

4. I think to many Diebold has become generic for rigged
I think most are aware that Diebold didn't act alone. But in that Diebold was the company that publicly promised to deliver the election to George Bush, I think they make a perfect synonym for the words "vote fraud."

5. Agreed, ES & S and others also had "problems"

Diebold will be synonymous with vote theft.

Not probably what the stockholders might hope for, for a company that makes ATM machines etc.

;)

6. Diebold, in this context, is a symbol or a brand name
for e-vote fraud.

Only, this brand name symbolizes something nefarious.

7. Phew. I was ready to see major flames.
I also don't like it when people ignore the massive pile of conspirators who assisted Diebold and others with the fraud. The entire MSM comes to mind as an oft-overlooked co-conspirator. Not that oft, but still.
