15. The "Plus" may be part of a bigger package idea
If you have an over-the-air ATSC tuner for an HDTV, you might see on some NBC affiliates a supplimentary channel called "Weather Plus" (You may be able to get it on some cable systems also.) I watch it because it ALWAYS has the local weather on, even with the national spots.

If they can incorporate part of the "Weather Plus" idea, that being having local spots in the national broadcast, into this reincarnation, it may help. Maybe they'll also add a locally based crawl with the national crawl.
