Need research help: 2006 RACES
I remember a few stories a while back that were something like:
"Democrats focus on 14 states for 2006", but darned if I can find any of that now.

Does anyone have anything on what seats are up for grabs in 2006 and which we think we can grab, etc? -JJ

That's the old Campaign Underground, for 2004. We're going to fix that very soon.

Here's the new Campaign Underground: http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_oet&address=358x351

6. Maybe this?
Edited on Wed Jan-04-06 08:00 PM by Contrary1
"...Schumer, the head of Senate Democrats' campaign efforts, said Tuesday he is focusing on seven states where he believes they can take GOP-held Senate seats in 2006: Rhode Island, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Missouri, Montana, Tennessee, and Arizona.

<snip>

In 2006, there are five open Senate seats, as well as 14 Democratic senators seeking re-election and 14 Republicans seeking re-election..."

Maybe this is where you heard the number 14?
