8. that's true.........
he's not going to do or say anything unless he's sure he can make the charges stick!!

And with Rove, I think that's a good strategy! I mean we all want him in the hot seat but we also want him to stay there too!!

10. He is so discrete, it is unnerving.
We're not used to all this integrity.

9. With all apologies to Bjork
Maybe the poor guy is WORKING ON IT. Sheesh! Imagine how much those "of interest" are sweating while they wait.

In the meantime, this song seemed appropriate...

Julie
president for life of the PFEB

It's Oh So Quiet

It's oh so quiet
It's oh so still
You're all alone
And so peaceful until

You fall in love
Zing boom
The sky up above
Zing boom
Is caving in
Wow bam
You've never been so nuts about a guy
You wanna laugh you wanna cry
You cross your heart and hope to die

'Til it's over and then
It's nice and quiet
But soon again
Starts another big riot

You blow a fuse
Zing boom
The devil cuts loose
Zing boom
So what's the use
Wow bam
Of falling in love

It's oh so quiet
It's oh so still
You're all alone
And so peaceful until

You ring the bell
Bim bam
You shout and you yell
Hi ho ho
You broke the spell
Gee, this guy is swell you almost have a fit
This guy is 'gorge and I got hit
There's no mistake, this is it

'Til it's over and then
It's nice and quiet
But soon again
Starts another big riot

You blow a fuse
Zing boom
The devil cuts loose
Zing boom
What's the use
Wow bam
Of falling in love

The sky caves in
The devil cuts loose
You blow blow blow blow blow your fuse
When you've fallen in love

Ssshhhhhh...

11. Don't forget that he also just empaneled a new grand jury and is
probably laboriously educating them in the specifics of the case so far. There is obviously a lot of information and he has to present it carefully so as to induce the proper understanding. I would imagine that it must take months and months to bring those people up to speed.

Just knowing that his jaws are set is enough to keep the spark of hope alive~

13. I heard the end of 2005
The last I heard in early December was that Fitz was going to decide by the end of 2005 if he had enough to get indictments against Rove. Let that bastard Rove sweat it out, I'm sure Fitz is working very quietly and wants to make sure he doesn't go in half cocked.

14. Exactly what I've been thinking...
Is he still forming and readying NEW Grand Jury? Maybe that's the delay.
